A: It depends on the project. If your project is going to have any time or response time requirements I suggest a compiled language like C, Cpp, ZIG or Rust.

To expand upon that, a inexperienced developer will have to more frequently do tasks in an inefficient manner; that a more experienced developer can often either automate or quickly handle.
